Hi Everyone Surgery scheduled July 12, 2007

Hi everyone i'm new here, my surgery has been scheduled for July 12. I'm having the lap band. Just started the protien shakes....they taste wonderful, NOT. But I hope they grow on me. Hope to maybe hear from some of you that are going through the same things as I am. Good Luck everyone!!

Hi, I'm new, too. I just got my date scheduled today for July 13. My doctor has put me on nothing but skim milk till the surgery. Has anyone else had that? I'm in Vancouver, WA. I'm imagining myself walking around on the 4th of July with a tall, cold, glass of milk???? Should be interesting!

Congratulations... I hope you find a protein shake you can tolerate. I havent heard of only skim milk till surgery.... mmmmm
