Lap Band to RNY Revision - July 17th!!!
My surgeon wants me to lose 10% of my weight before surgery - 353 lbs=35lbs in 6 weeks! It will be tough but I am giving it my all by following his instructions:
**1/2 portions for meals and chew, chew, chew
**Nothing bu****er after 7pm
**No snacking
**No sugar
**No milk products
**No alcohol

Good luck to you! I managed to drop 25 pounds after my initial weigh in by following the program the nutritionist gave me. Sort of like the old Weigh****chers program where you have one protein, one carb, one fruit for breakfast, then the same for lunch and pretty much the same for dinner, throwing in some veggies here and there. Do stay away from the sugar and white flour if you can. For some reason, they trigger rushes of blood sugar and can really give you the hungries. Best wishes!
