anyone on medifast yet?

I am looking for a computer pal. I am on week 3 of medifast and i need a friend to help support me. I am having trouble with cravings and being hungry all the time. if anyone is going through this and wants to be buddies please let me know. Jamie

hi how long do you have to be on the liquid diet? I have to be on it for 5 weeks but havnt started it yet start next week. Brandy
