Jan around here I get a low carb pizza all the time. They make it in a bowl....no crust and its sauce, cheese, and all the toppings u want. I get pepperoni, sauage, mushrooms onions and peppers. Its so yummy. Ive even tried fixing similar things at home with spag. squash and pizza toppings on top. It was pretty good and then I made a similar on with just ground meat...with a taco mix in it....filled the bottom of a 8x8 pan then added the toppings then served it like I would a meatloaf....It was pretty good to and u dont have any crust or bad carbs

Ya know Peggy, I wish I could help but I was wondering the same thing! Today I went to Avenue to get some new jeans and thought to myself as I was leaving, I'm not going to know where to shop when I'm smaller, I can't remember shopping anywhere but Lane Bryant, Avenue, or Catherine's for possibly the last 15+ years! I did recently order a jacket from Eddie Bauer and was thrilled to be able to do that! The best day of my life is when I'll be able to cut up the darn "Fat Woman" store credit cards! Jan

Ouchie! I do hope you are feeling better. I don't have much to add, ok nothing really, but I wanted you to know I was thinking about you I once had a pap, doc couldn't "find" an ovary, did a wand ultrasound and still couldn't find it. To this day I still don't know where it is. I wonder if somebody stole it while I was in Vegas and sold it on eBay?

My surgeon just told me he wanted me healthy. Never pushed a number on me. Asks me all the time what my goal is and I tell him the same number everytime...146. No idea where it came from, but it sounds good to me. I think I may have been near there once and I guess need to get back for some reason
