Trader Joes usually carries them, but mine has been out for more than a month. So I ordered them from Amazon.com, they come 12 pkg. in a case and a case was $12.48. The packages have a zipper seal and each package containers 4 ounces so that 4 servings. Hope that helps! Jan

Step away from the Goldfish and Peanuts!! Congratulations Amber! You'll soon be in the Century Club. I've just discoverd dry roasted edamame, 1/4 cup has 14 grams of protein, and I've really gotten used to the taste. It helps to satisfy my crunchy salty need and it's good for you! Maybe you should give it a try instead of the peanuts. Keep up the great work! Jan

I dropped almost 4 pounds over the weekend!!! I needed this break! I think I just needed a change and my body needed more calories. My plan is to go back to basics again this week to continue changing it up. I don't want to plateu again so we'll see if this works. I was hoping for a little loss, but this is the biggest loss in a week I've had since last year. I'm very happy of course. I'm hoping to lose this last 5 pounds to get to Onederland and the Century Club then I'll shut up! Just thought I'd share the good news! Thanks for listening, guys! Amber
