Hi Shann, You have done an awesome job. Congratulations. I had surgery on July 24 and my birthday is July 26th. Your rebirthday is right smack in the middle . Anyway, I am down 119lbs. I have worn as high as a size 30 and now 22-24. Working a way at it still. I have a ways to go, but Lord willing I'll get there. Huggzz, Bejai.

Hi Shann, Welcome! I'm Jan and I had surgery on 7-17-06, I weighed 374 pounds before my 2 week liquid pre-op diet and am now down to 229, a total loss of 145 pounds. Before surgery I was wearing a size 34 jean and now wear a size 16, tops went from a 30/32 to an 18/20. It's an amazing feeling and I'm so glad I had the surgery! Jan

Hi Katrina, You are doing well...we all progress at different rates though... so keep your head up. I understand your pain though... I was at a serious plateau for months and just in the last 2-3 weeks I finally broke it... ate nothing except protein, limited carbs, and lots of fluids (crystal light and H20) I also work out about 3-5 x per week! Girl don't even talk about the belly area look at my pre-op pics I looked like a pregnant elephant... and compared to now... whew! Amazing Take care and keep up the good work! Be blessed! ~Shann~
