1. What types of food did you eat this week? Grilled talapia, broiled hake, fresh grilled salmon, fresh walleye, and smoked salmon; more frittata varieties; had my very first taste of muffin with butter--tasted good, but saw it as just wasted carbs and pouch space! Getting full just sticking with the sixty gr daily required protein and 1/2 cup daily total veggies (fresh brocolli, spinach, asparagus, and green beans). 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Mostly speed-walking with two-pound weights. 3. How much weight did you lose? 1 Total loss? 94 (145!) and down to size 8 Petite! 4. What was your biggest challenge? Remembering to eat--no hunger/cravings. 5. Time to fess up, are you eating anything you know you shouldn't? No way! *Fun bonus question: If you had to live on 5 different foods (not counting liquids) what would they be? Seafood, fresh strawberries, blueberries and kiwi, fresh spinach.

Thanks for your help. I think I'll mention it to my Doctor, just to be safe. I've had some pain, but nothing unbearable. It can't hurt, right? I wish you all the best! Keep us posted on your recovery. Have a great day!

Deanna- I was relieved and excited! I started to have a dull pain after eating under my right boob (can I say boob?!). The first few times it was sharp, take your breath away pain....but once I figured out what it MIGHT be...it changed to a dull ache and just general blah, especially after eating. I mentioned it to my Dr during my 6 month appt. They sent me for an ultrasound and sure enough, they found stones. SO...I was told to be careful until they could schedule me a time to take it out. I think there are some alternative methods to try to clean it out, but I didn't want to mess with those because in the end, stones don't ever really improve, only get worse....personal choice. I was relieved it wasn't my appendix getting ready to burst! I guess I'll have to wait for that to happen some other time! HA! I'm gonna look and feel like a pin cushion if that happens! Christina S
