I had set a goal for myself that by my birthday(2 days short of my 9 month surgiversary) I would break the 100 lbs lost mark. Well, I am there today, a day early. This morning the scale showed 138 lbs. I am officially 101.5 lbs down and I am now at a healthy BMI.

Hi Danielle, thank you. I didn't realize who you were until I went to visit your provile just now. WOW, you are looking amazing! Will you be at Dr. Ahmad's meeting next week? I went last month, but didn't make it the prior 3 months. I'm going to try my best to be there as I am convinced that the support is vital to our continued success. 1. What types of food did you eat this week? Shrimp, pork, chicken, fruit salad, potato salad, Steak fajitas, green beans, yogurt, chex mix, cottage cheese, cheese, corn, pizza (bad girl!), blue bunny health smart vanilla fudge bars (soooooooo good) and Froz Fruit. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walking at lunch, went to the gym once, I think. Bad again. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I lost the 3 pounds I gained, thankfully! My body is jacked up. 4. What was your biggest challenge? getting in enough liquids, I need to drink more. 5. Time to fess up, are you eating anything you know you shouldn't? Ice cream. I'm eating the splenda type, but I know its still not right. I've discovered the Blue Bunny products now and they are way better. Only 45 & 60 calories, 0 fat, 2 grams of sugar (no alcohols) and much lower in carbs. I also had a piece goat cheese sonoma pizza (artichokes, garlic and spinach). I know, I know! *Fun bonus question: If you had to live on 5 different foods (not counting liquids) what would they be? Steak, Green Beans, Cottage Cheese, Cheese, and BB Vanilla Fudge bars.
