93 lbs. is AWESOME!!!! You are doing amazing! I am at 90lbs. from surgery & I was told by my surgeon that I might not loose any more, but "I think I can" too! It's just SUPER slow now. I'm thinking that by July 25th, I'll be joining the century club with YOU!!!!!! Hugs, Heather

Topic: RE: Gas pains ? (warning)
Hi Jan, sorry to hear about the hernia, how are you now feeling? I had a hernia repair along with my gastric bypass and gallbladder removed altogher. I guess it is possible to have another hernia though. I've recently been feeling a lot of gas pains, but attributing it to the sugarfree candies, chocolates that I've been buying. I've decided (if this is the result of them) not to have any more, its not worth it. Sorry that it happened, but better here than in Europe, when are you leaving? Maryellen

Please, if you think you might be having gas pains and it lasts for more than a few hours call your DR. I ended up having emergency surgery Wed. afternoon for an internal hernia, for 2 days I thought it was just gas pains because it would come and go. I woke my DR up at 3:30 AM on Wed. and he asked me to describe the pain, and instantly he knew what it was. I have since spoken to several people that have had the same thing with the same type pain. If I'd have heard this sooner I would not have waited so long. Jan
