i know what you mean up and down,,,i hate that,,,wi**** was as easy as the first 3 months,,,i want to have the surgery again just to see if i start losing again,,i still have about 50 more to go and i jsut dont see it,,,its so slow,,,but we can do it together,, keep in touch ok,,,, your friend sandy

that is so wonderful,,if i had lost 163 i would be way skinny,,,but as it is im still fat,,,not as fat as i was ,, so i guess im now just fluffy,,,,lol,,,you are doing soooo great keep it up your friend sandy
