. What types of food did you eat this week? Turkey, salads, crab salad, turkey chili, grapes, apples. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking, gym, pilates 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 2 pounds. The same 2 pounds I keep gaining and losing . . . argh! Total loss - 90 pounds. 4. What was your biggest challenge? Exercising. I just changed mine up to try to jump start my weight loss again. I suspect I'm in a plateau - not sure yet, but I'm hoping changing my exercise and food gets me past it. 5. How far are you from goal? Does your personal goal differ from your doctor's goal? 15-25 pounds. My Dr's goal for me is 134. I'm at 155. I was thinking 130, but for years my goal was 140. I'm not sure where I want to end up yet, but somewhere in that range. *Fun bonus question: Name 3 songs that would have to be on your Workout MP3 Playlist??? 1. What types of food did you eat this week? all the regulars - chili, soup, salad, Chai Tea Mistos, chicken, steak, cheese, Greek style nonfat yogurt, blueberries, cherries, bananas, watermelon 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Water aerobics and walking 3. How much weight did you lose? 3 pounds Total loss? 175 - I'm in ONDERLAND BABY! 4. What was your biggest challenge? Stressful week at work, tried to remember to eat. 5. How far are you from goal? Does your personal goal differ from your doctor's goal? My DR's goal was to never see the number "2" as the first number in my weight, I hit that goal last Sunday. My goal is to get to at least 150, so another 50 pounds or so. *Fun bonus question: Name 3 songs that would have to be on your Workout MP3 Playlist??? Hi! Welcome, as Christina says, you make us triplets!!! Congrats on making goal, that's incredible. I've still got another 20 to go for the doc's goal and 30 for mine. Feel free to add to our Friday Five every week, it helps all of us with new food ideas and its just fun keeping up with everyone!

So, It's almost time the next Friday, but I just discovered this board. 1. What types of food did you eat this week? Turkey burgers, protein shakes, steak, turkey roll-ups, cheese sticks, Soy Saucers 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Just walking, I'm still recovering from plastics to remove 9 pounds of excess skin in my stomach. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 1 pound, total loss 154 pounds, I hit goal with that last pound. 4. What was your biggest challenge? To not snack 5. Have you picked up any new addictions/habits since having the surgery? Good or bad. Two additions, 1 bad - smoking again, 1 neutral - decaf coffee *Fun bonus question: If someone were going to name a dessert after you, what type would it be and what would it be called??? Hi, I just discovered this board. I'm with you, how did it happen so fast. I'm amazed at what I've accomplished in a year. I hit goal at 11 months with a total loss of 154 and things are amazing!! I hope everyone else has had a successful year!! Heather

1. What types of food did you eat this week? The usual suspects, lots of cheese, cottage cheese, smoothies, coffee, corn, manwich with ground turkey, spaghetti with ground chicken, green beans, peanuts, etc. I tried a few new things. Mint Skinny Cows, Soy Chips, and Tropicana Fruit Juice Water. I actually liked all three. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking, that's about it. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? None, I think I gained. 4. What was your biggest challenge? Not eating crappy carbs. 5. Have you picked up any new addictions/habits since having the surgery? Good or bad. I've noticed I eat a lot more than before. It's a good thing for the most part, but I hate the feeling of hunger. I quit smoking a few years ago and I've had the inkling to do it again, but I won't. *Fun bonus question: If someone were going to name a dessert after you, what type would it be and what would it be called??? It would have to be some kind of low fat, no sugar added Chocolate Caramel Blondie if that is possible. I'd call it Guilty Pleasure.
