Topic: RE: Friday Five - Weekly Update!
1. What types of food did you eat this week? Chicken sausage, steak, hamburger, oatmeal, cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? gym, walked 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? -3 -95 4. What was your biggest challenge? not grazing 5. Can you do something different exercise-wise that you couldn't do before? [i.e. push-ups, run, etc.] I can work out harder, really pushing myself. I can see the difference in my body and I love it. *Fun bonus question: If you had to pick a movie title to describe the last year of your life, what would it be????? This one is hard because I usually watch suspenseful, scary movies . . . lol. I'd say Cinderella . . . I've changed so much and feel very blessed. But this time, I don't change back at midnight! Now if Prince Charming would come along . . . .

I think we all go through these phases but I think the most important thing is to forgive yourself and get back on track. One day I just got sick of it and started walking out of anger and I gained some endorphins I had lost and I was doing it daily, then I actually started jogging! I haven't "run" in years. Now I'm back at the gym every other day and walking in between. That's just what worked for me. One other thing I do when I freak like that is to go back to basics. For a couple days I'll go back to eating yogurt, cottage cheese, and meats/poultrys. Lay off the carbs. Then slowly work them back. Hope this helps a bit and things get back on track for ya! Amber

Topic: freaking out
I had my surgery last July 10th. I have lost 113 lbs. I am overeating all the time. I was doing so good. The past few months, I have just been eating crap....whatever I want. I am scared!!! Why am I doing this to myself? What happened to my motivation? I didn't go through hell to not lose the rest of my weight, and to gain what I have lost back!!!!!
