Ree Ree, am I seeing that you have lost 34 pounds since your surgery? Well, you are ahead of me, and my surgery was a couple of days before you. I've been stalled too, for about 3 weeks, and it is discouraging, but we are far from the only ones in that boat. It will happen, just not as quickly as we want it to!

TEN pounds??? Wow, Amber, that is fabulous! I finally lost TWO, after a 3 week stall. I wi**** was more, but I'll take the two pound loss over the long stall any day!

Hey Ree Ree,
I just went through what you did, but its totally turning around. Hang in there. The best thing I can recommend is to up your protein. It helps a lot. No matter how busy you are, its very important that you take the time to take care of you. All of this will be for nothing, if you don't.

I know most of us have been stuck for the last couple of weeks but I'm proud to announce that I've lost about 10 pounds over the last week. It will happen for you too! It's such a great feeling to be moving again, I was really down about it, but I hung on and its working! So if you are still stuck, just trying to hang in there, it will turn around soon!!!

Hello my July buddies! I am checking in to say hello, wish you a wonderful week and share some good news...I am down 50 lbs thus far! I was shocked. Scale appeared to be broken for a few days and I was of course stressing a tad. All is well now and the scale is fixed! LOL
My 2nd Doc appt is 9/11 and I am glad I hit the landmark before that time. My anni is on the 13th so I am in good shape by my goals!!!
How are you all doing this fine, fine Tuesday???

Deb, My slow cooker got broken, it was over 10 years old. I just bought a new one and cooked Turkey meatballs and gravy and then I did ribs for Labor day. My family loved them and so did my pouch. I am only 6 weeks post op and eat very little but it is nice to serve my family something I can eat for a change.
I will have to try chicken. I loved chicken preop so this would be great if I can eat it if cooked in a slow cooker.

Shannon, I am between 5 & 6 weeks post op and I hve stalled for about a weeks now. But I can tell I am losing inches. I am going to measure my self today and if I have that will have to be good for now and the weight will come. Hang in there.
