i got me some scales 5 days out and weigh almost every morning,,,,im thinking the best would be pick a day,,, mon or fri,,,and just weigh once a week,,,i use to be addic to food now im a addic to the scale,,,lol,,,, good luck you are doing great,,,,stay stronge,,,we are all going to make it,,

i see your from up north,,so what im going to say may not make much sence,,,i eat alittle less of a 1/2 cup of grits with baccon bits tsp,,put a slice of cheese on it and about table spoon of egg,,,mix up enjoy,,its about 15 pro and 220 cal,,,,,now i know you probably dont do the grits,,but when i lived in michigan((((mich is where im from but my mom was from south carolina where i live now,,,so she would get us grits so i was raise on them,,,love them,))),,we didnt have them and my mom put egg is cream of wheat,,,,i have fryed a egg put on toast,,cut off crust tried to eat the rest,,,that what good with the yoke,,,,,good luck,,,,,i tried,,

my dr said when i wasnt able to drink water,(hit me like a rock) i could do my protine shakes,,,he said you count any water added to things as water,,,now the protine part is a meal,,,,,because i couldnt drink water,,,i would add 2 scoops to 16 or 24oz water,,,and get even more protine,,,

good to see so many,,,,i am doing great,,,ive lost 38lbs wish i went on one of those before diets,,,,then i to may have lost 50ish,,,,,i eat anything my pouch lets me,,,,alot still dont agree with me,,,,i eat a bit here and there of different stuff,,,,,i finilly can drink water,,,,,had a really hard time with that,,,it hurt like a rock hitting my pouch,,,,but i just started doing better with water about a week ago,,,,i like those meat roll ups,,,,thingys,,,,with turkey,,,i eat about an inch,,,at a time,,,,i get in pleanty of protine,,i just add 2 scoops of protine for my shakes instead of one,,,that make it about 40 or so,,more if you add milk and not the water,,,but i still add ice,,,,but all in all im doing great,,,,yes i would do it again,,,,,,,i just dont know how im going to get rid of my old clothes,,,,i gain and lose so much i would just hold on to them,,,waiting,,,,but with the WLS i hope this is the last time ill need them,,,,still wonder,,(is this really for real?????) lol

Today is my 2 months out day as well. I was 326 at start, 275 at surgery on 7-10-06 and last night I was 238. 88 lbs gone since start and 88 more to get to my goal of 150!

It seems as though I have a problem with a lot of foods like that. I can eat something one day, then the next it doesn't want to go down and stay down.
I'm working very hard on eating slowly and trying new things. Most important I trying very hard to not throw up anymore!
It's a pain, and it through me into a major depression last week.

Topic: RE: 1 Pound in 2 weeks? RIPOFF!
I had my surgery over 2 weeks before you and I'm down 39lbs at this point. I went through several weeks that I didn't lose anything and then over the past 2 I lost another 7lbs. I put my scale away when its not moving--it goes right to my head and I start to wonder if I'm doing something wrong.
I just took my 2 month pictures and there is definitely a drastic change between month 1 and month 2--I couldn't believe it.
Are you measuring inches too? It makes a difference. When the scale didn't move I got out the tape measure. I'm down 22 inches (chest,hips,waist,thighs,& arms).
