Topic: RE: Anyone else have difficulty w/ ground meat
The throwing up issue has been a problem for me too the past few weeks. I'll go 5 or 6 days w/o any problems and then all of a sudden i have a few days where it seems that certain things(and it can be things that have never been a problem) will bounce back at me like a rubber ball. Lately it's been ground meat. I also got somewhat depressed over it as well.

My surgeon told me that at week 4-6 you start to be able to eat less than you could in the begining, that you stomach actually swells a little bit and its just more difficult for a while
Topic: RE: how will i throw them away??
Throw them out and don't look back. I'm 7 weeks out and I cleaned out my closet a few weeks ago . Just held on to a few items that still fit . But got rid of all my winter clothes knowing that I will not be using them again. It felt wonderful. I have an aunt who had surgery 3 months before me so she's been passing me the clothes that are to big for her so luckliy I haven't bought anything yet. I don't want to shop at the fat lady store ever again. So I'm tying to hold out for a while longer. Belive me you will
feel somuch better getting rid of those clothes and just remember you willnever need them again. Good Luck.

My surgeon told me to stay away from it for 6 months.
Topic: calcium supplement
I found a new (to me) calcium supplement at Target. Adora is made with chocolate and comes in milk chocolate and dark chocolate. It has a few less calories than the Citrical Chews - 30 calories, 3g fat, and 3g sugar. The dark chocolate only has 2g of sugar. You can buy it in a bag of 30 or just a small package if you want to try them out. They taste like real chocolate to me. The packages are green and purple. The bag costs $6.99. I forgot how much the smaller package costs.
