Hi everyone! I hope you are all having a great week! 1. What types of food did you eat this week? pinto beans w/rice, cup-a-soups, spaghetti, protein bars, pot roast 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? not much, walked a couple of days 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? ??? I've gained about 7 lbs over the last month or so. I'm trying to get back on track 4. What was your biggest challenge? munchies and trying not to drink alcohol 5. WOW it seems like there are alot of us going thru the same thing.... I ran into a former co-worker and she said the almost didnt recognize me that i was so small... i was like "who me??? small??? come on!!" Its true, i see myself 75 lbs ago... I dont see the weightloss, what do we do to see ourselves now instead of last year???? HELP Mel

1. What types of food did you eat this week? chicken, meatcrust pizza, cottage cheese, cheese, turkey pepperoni sticks, steak, chili, lots of soup, fruit, Latte's. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking, but not much 3. How much weight did you lose? 2 pounds! Total loss? 192 pounds gone forever!! 4. What was your biggest challenge? Eating, I've been sick with a sinus infection this week, have no desire to eat. 5. Name 3 things that WLS has impacted the most? 1. What types of food did you eat this week? Atkins protein shakes, chili, cheese, eggs, ground turkey meat, chicken 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? elliptical, and alot of playing outside with the kids, grass cutting 3. How much weight did you lose?I was up to 249 somehow and managed to hold it for 2 weeks, I got on the scale today and it read 235, so that is a total of 15 lbs lost, 13 that I gained and 2 offically Total loss? -80 4. What was your biggest challenge? eating enough still, and wanting to eat the wrong things like pringles. 5. Have you consulted a plastic surgeon yet? do you plan to? No, no plastic surgeon yet but I am researching, my dr (pcp) seems to think that excess skin has alot to do with not losing anymore weight. *Fun bonus question: What do you have planned for Halloween, will your costume options be different now???? Every year we have a birthday party for my mil...so we will all dress up, take the kids out and hang out with family and friends. Yes costumes will be a lot different...

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Salads, chili, fruit, baked beans, yogurt 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? gym, walking 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? -1 Total - 94 (I'm still up 2 pounds from vacation) 4. What was your biggest challenge? Not overeating. For some reason, I wanted to eat everything in sight all week. 5. Have you consulted a plastic surgeon yet? do you plan to? No, but I do plan to. Since I was a self pay patient, I don't have the money right now to pay for plastics. Hopefully next year. *Fun bonus question: What do you have planned for Halloween, will your costume options be different now???? Nothing. I'll pass out candy and may even carve a pumpkin, but I don't plan to do anything else.

What types of exercise did you do this week? lots of walking 3. How much weight did you lose? 1 pound Total loss? 191 gone forever 4. What was your biggest challenge? night time snacking 5. Have you consulted a plastic surgeon yet? No do you plan to? Not sure yet, at my annual OB appt. last week during the exam my DR grabbed my belly and told me I might loose another 10-15lb. if I got a TT. Made me think? Not sure I'm ready yet with the new job and all, plus all the surgeries this past year. Had enough of hospitals for a while! *Fun bonus question: What do you have planned for Halloween, will your costume options be different now???? We were just talking about this last night ... no plans as of yet, but we're working on it. I make our costumes almost every year, and don't have an idea yet. Have a great week all! Jan

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Fish, bread, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, Macadamia nut pancakes, bad stuff. I was in Maui this week and wasn't as careful as I usually am. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? swimming 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? none. I'm up a few pounds. Total - 94 pounds 4. What was your biggest challenge? Not eating fried foods 5. Clothing sizes, where did you start and where are you now? before - 22/24 after - a 10 or 12 *Fun bonus question: What Fall TV show are you looking forward to premiering???? I don'****ch much TV, though I heard James Patterson's Murder Club is coming out as a series, so I'll probably check that out.

What types of food did you eat this week? steak, tuna, chicken, salmon, cheese, meatcrust pizza, homemade edemame/shrimp soup, veggies, fruit, and yesterday I tried SF Oreo's for the first time (way too good). 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking 3. How much weight did you lose? 0 Total loss? 190 pounds gone forever! 4. What was your biggest challenge? not snacking at night 5. Clothing sizes, where did you start and where are you now? I started in a tight womens size 32/34 and I am now wearing size 12/14. *Fun bonus question: What Fall TV show are you looking forward to premiering???? Dirty Rotten Money looks rather interesting.
