Aloha .... Interesting diet I think for non WLS people. I still don't eat cracker, or ice cream in any form, and won't until I'm at my goal. And....that dinner on the last day......there is no way I could eat even a quarter of that at one sitting. I wonder if anyone has adapted the diet for WLS patients.

Yes. It started back in December. At first, we thought it was an ovarian cyst because it is *right* there. But now, after a second ultrasound, it appears that it's not the case. It may be endometriosis, or something else, perhaps an adhesion. At this point, we're kind of stymied as to where to go from here.

What types of food did you eat this week? cottege cheese, Shelly's Shepard's Pie (no potatoes), cheese, white chicken chili, soups, chicken salad, salads, Greek style yogurt, and my newest find Kay's Natural chili cheese protein chips and Honey Almond protein cereal (I add the cereal into yogurt). YUMMY!
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking
3. How much weight did you lose? 0 - forgot to weigh this morning Total loss? 192 pounds gone forever
4. What was your biggest challenge? snacking at night I try to have a bottle of watr in hand instead.
5. Are you keeping up with your supplements? Yes, every weekday! It's a bit harder on the weekend though. have you added anything? more calcium
*Fun bonus question:
Describe your dream kitchen???? Double ovens, huge island with sink and maybe a baking center, lots and lots of counter space (you can never have enough!)

My dream kithcen would have to have Stainless Steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, sink, stove) an island in the center where the sink and dishwasher would be, ceramic tile floor, breakfast bar, with cherry wood cabinets and a sky light overhead.

lol I'm sure you have to tweak it before it works.. No person who has had WLS could eat that much in one sitting.. I don't think.
Sounds good to me though. I'd like to lose it like that again :P

Sounds interesting, but I don't think I could eat 5.5 cups of stuff in one sitting as suggested for the dinner.

4. What was your biggest challenge? Eating the right kinds of food, craving stupid stuff like pringles, sugar free candy.
5. Whats the current status with your comorbiditys? if N/A, have you gained or lossed any medications that you were taking PRE-OP? never took meds.

You're given a 1,000 shopping spree to one store. Where are you spending it???? I don't have just one store so I don't have a clue where I would spend the money...lol
