Topic: RE: 3 months out and HOW MUCH HAVE U LOST
Karen.... I think u are doing great! My dr says anyone who loses 50 lbs by their 3 month mark is doing really well. After all how many times did u keep dieting for 2 months and lose 40 lbs in the past? As for your date. In the first post I had asked that everyone wait till their anniversery date to post their wt...but that kind of got lost along the way several posted weeks early... so u really have weeks to go before u are at the same point same of the others are at who had their surgery like on July one. Maybe next month I will put that in the title so it gets passed on from post to post..but its still great to see how everyone is doing. I just knew it would be hard for those that had surgery at the end of the month to compare themselves to those that had it at the first of the month...Alot can change in 4 weeks. However at any point this is alot of wt thats gone from this ole earth. I sure hope everyone keeps posting. Im going to add my wt and 3 month measurements on the 12...my anniversery date. Good luck on your continued success Mariah
