Its great isn't it?
It took me a couple weeks to realize I wasn't huffing and puffing up our steps. My house gets cleaner faster-- though I will never be a perfect housekeeper LOL. I am walking more now than I did three years ago at the same weight. Its AWESOME.
I also can't imagine what this spring will be like. I just know I am going to grab life by its collar and shake the bejeesus out of it to get all the goodies.

You are going to see Onederland sooner than you think! And then we can have a cyber party!
Topic: RE: How are we all doing?
1. Surgery date: July 25, 2006
2. Lbs. lost: 41 as of today.
3. Main source of protein: Unjury Unflavored powder mixed with Swiss Miss Fat Free Hot Chocolate (1x a day), beef jerky, Wendy's Chili, 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese, Turkey Pepporoni (every other day), Chicken, Progresso soups
4. How much water are you getting in?: About 32 oz and slowly increasing. Surgeon requires 32.
5. Are you keeping up with your vitamins/calcium, etc.: Yes
6. What vitamins are you taking? 2 Flintstone chewables a day, Tums plus Calcium citrate (Surgeon recommended), B12 sublinqual every other day
7. Any hair loss? Just begun slight shedding, so celebrating hitting Onederland with a permanent and haircut on October 17th. The volume and cut will 'hide' the loss I know I can expect.
8. What kind of exercise are you doing? Walk a bit, started doing sumo squats and arm exercises, but nothing hardcore lately. Watching for used weight benches to help with that.

I weighed in today at 199.5/199.... depended in where the scale was!
I was so happy I even took a picture of the scale and put it on my blog-

Also have some progress pics there.
Next Tuesday I am going to reward myself with a new hairdo. YAY!
