I'm a lurker and a replier - depends on how much time I have at the time! So here goes... 1. Surgery date: July 6th 2. Protein/day: Anywhere from 40g to 100g, mostly right about 70g 3. Water/day: Also varies...60oz to 120oz 4. Exercise/week: weight lifting 2 days/wk for 1 hour each. Cardiovascular 3-5 days/week 1-1.5 hours (mind you...not always 1 or 1.5 hrs straight - it's the total for the day often broken down into 1/2 hr sessions, even 10-15 minute sessions. I have two young boys so I squeeze it in where ever, whenever I can. 5. Total weight loss 77 lbs. Hope this helps. Take care, Sue

I had TIVOed it and we watched it last night. I really didn't think it was that bad. I thought it was informative, and showed how maybe some don't deal with the real issues of why they are overweight to begin with, and by doing that they transfer their addictions. Basically it's all about dealing with the reason you got fat in the first place ... whatever reason that may be! Jan

1. Surgery date? 7-17-06 2. How much protein do you get in per day? Don't know, DR says eat protein first, and isn't concered about the grams, told me not to worry. 3. How much water do you get in per day? I try for 100, but end up with 64 or so a day 4. How much exercise do you get in per week? water aerobics 3 times a week, walking other days 5. What is your total loss? 86lb gone forever Jan

Hey, I am doing some research and need your help. I know those that reply to the Friday Five but am appealing to those lurkers out there that don't reply, and those that do reply too. 1. Surgery date? 2. How much protein do you get in per day? 3. How much water do you get in per day? 4. How much exercise do you get in per week? 5. What is your total loss? ~Thanks~

Damit, I hate when that happens! You know what I have found out about me? I don't loose much lbs until just after my monthly cycle is over. My greatest losses are measured with measuring tape and not the scale. Do we really need to weigh in? I get so disappointed not seeing much loss there that it is kind of beginning to be an obsession. If it won't kill you, stay off of the scale for 14 days, as you said, beef up the water and protein, and try to vary your exercise routine. Then hop on and see how big of a change there is. Don't fret about this girl. We need you too much for you to become disheartened. You are like the glue that holds us July babies together. By the way, I still love your hair!! ~Diana~
