Please wait till the anniversery of your 4th month and add how much u have lost to boards total for the month. That way everyone has had the exact same amt of days when from our surgery. Ok all you that had surgery on the first of second can start the post going now. I'll add mine on the 12th of the month. I cant wait to do my wt and measurements this month. Im feeling so good right now. Room total + your wt loss = new room total

sorry i cant help you there, i have no clue how many inches ive lost. but, the good news is i have lost 61 pounds since july 26 and im down almost three sizes. continued good luck to you, hugssssssss, jacki

HELLO ALL Sorry I havent been on here in a while,,been on a stall,,,no fun,,,but I did lose 3lbs today,,,,but yesterday, I went to the store to buy something to make me feel better and I found some clothes,,,,,I use to ware size 30 pants and I bought a size 20 pants and I use to ware 4x shirt and I bought a size 18 and 16 shirt......Wowowowowowowowo made me feel really good,,,so then I measured my self,and lost 41 inch,,,so heres what I want everyone to see if they can do,,,tell me how many inche youve lost,,,,,,,,you know 41 inches is a lot ,,,,look at a tape measure,,,,well ok ill go now and see just how many inches July has lost,,, friends with a pouch sandy

Hey Peggy, Having a so so day here today. Think I ate my tuna at lunch too fast and it made my pouch do flips! Got the foamies, but then it passed. I hate eating anymore! Looking forward to handing out candy to trick or treaters, and of course not eating any myself ... that'll be a first but I just don't have the nerve or the want to try any! I'm addicted to chili! Thanks Amber! For some reason my surgeon doesn't like doing it at the same time. It will be laproscopic, and I'll know more about when it will be on Friday when I see him. Jan
