I totally understand about the sugar OD. Sugar used to be what I lived for ... anything sweet and it was in my mouth, and more waiting to go in.
I look back and think of what a pig I really was!
We always have tons of trick or treaters, and last night we got a lot of older ones too.

I can move once again!!! I think I'm more outgoing, much happier (according to my best friend).
I too feel blessed to have been given this wonderful tool.

Well lets see.... less grouchy, more energy, more outgoing or going out more take your pick. Getting way more stuff done in the house and out of the house. Feeling better physically, mentally, visually better for sure. Need I go on?? Have a great day. I am truly BLESSED!

Aside from the inches and pounds what's different about you now vs. 4 months ago?
Me? I'm less *****y. I felt SO bad physically that I was cranky. I'm still no angel, but I am better

My day was fairly uneventful. I was pleased not to be eating candy. I can remember last year and how SICK I was with surgar OD. I just ate and ate and ate. ACK!
We've had candy in the house for two weeks and my husband had it put away until last night. Ilet him hand it all out I would hate to think a piece would fall and unwrap itself in my mouth!

Just wondering how everyone made it through Halloween?
This was the very first year in my life where I didn't eat any candy, and actually had no desire to even eat any. I was so pleased!
We had quite a few trick or treaters, but I still had a big bag of candy left, so I brought it in to work and filled all the candy jars ... except mine, it only has sugar free in it!

its not to late to measure,,,sometimes that is were you will see the change and not the lbs,,,so its just there in encurage you ,,, i dont measure everywhere, when i measured in the beginning i couldnt even put the tape around my lower tummy,,,so i guessed,,and now it fits with a few inches to spare,,,i had bought is tape that will click together you unclick when it fits and then you can see,,,i couldnt see alot of me so that helped,,,tummy ,,lower tummy ,,upper leg,, knee,, lower leg ,,upper arm ..and neck that was all i did,so others may measure different and get more,,,im just glad those inches are gone,,,lol
, i think you probably have lost about the same inches as me,,,because ive lost about 63lbs,,,,good luck
