Starting weight 262 today 188 down 74!!! I do have some hair loss its a good thing I have a lot of hair. I always complain because I had so much hair so its thining it out a little lol just hope it stops soon. Sundra

Hi all, I am looking for size 18 dress pants, dress shirts and a winter coat. The Vice President at my company commented again that the stuff I am wearing is simply hanging and being held on by safety pins. Ok, I get the message. I have checked the clothing exchange without luck for my work clothes. Does anyone have any they are ready to get rid of? ~Diana~

My 2 Cents: This is all natural and will happen to most of us. I'm noticing a little loss but not too much. I take all my vitamins and supplements. I've added a biotin shampoo to my regiment. I don't do it every day, maybe 3 times a week. I also plan on adding Biotin & Niacin to my vitamin, but it very low doses. Niacin has been reported to make you turn red and heat you up if you take more than 100mgs at one time. Overall, some are worse than others. There are measures you can take, but I think if you're going to lose it, its going to happen anyway. Good news is that I've seen first hand that it does grow back and it gets even thicker. My best friend has fairly thin hair and she lost quite a bit, but now she has more hair than ever and she is 3 years out. Honestly, I'd rather be bald than 300 pounds and unhealthy. Amber
