Hi Amber!
1. What types of food did you eat this week? LOTS of protein. Cheese, chicken, meatloaf, shrimp . .. a few veggies . . . almost no simple carbs
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walking and belly dancing
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I don't know, I'll weigh tomorrow for my 4 month surgiversary date
4. What was your biggest challenge? Getting through the day at work without turning into a groucy
5. If applicable, name something you eat/drink that makes you dump/feel bad? I have a DS so I don't dump, and it seems that what I can eat varies from day to day at this point! My tummy has been unhappy for a few days, so NOTHING goes well right now, but I'm sure that will improve over the next day or two
*Fun bonus question:
If you could have any superhero's skills, what would your superhero ability be?
Hmmm . . . Teach people to tolerate and accept one another? More traditional "superhero" skills . . . I'd LOVE to be able to fly, or to be invisible when I wanted to . . .
Topic: RE: Hair Loss
Amen Amber!!
I am losing hair like crazy..though I take biotin and do get my protein in.
I think in all honesty we're all gonna lose hair..some more than others i.e. ME.. lol
At least we know it will grow back...slowly but surely.

It would be my greatest desire to have size 18's that were to big for me....LOL
Ive lost over 100 lbs and IM just now down to a 2x or a 26tall in pants. I do know how expensive it is to get new clothes though. I started at a 32 and now when I put on those pants they come up over my boobs...lol
Wish I had someone around here that had extra 2x's.

2. What types of exercise did you do this week? None, it was a very stressful week.
3. How much weight did you lose? 6 lb. Total loss? 92 lb. gone forever!
4. What was your biggest challenge? eating and drinking enough, got lightheaded a few times more than I should have.
5. If applicable, name something you eat/drink that makes you dump/feel bad? I know sausage makes me dump, it's the only thing I've ever dumped on. Bread makes me feel really bad, so I don't eat any at all.
*Fun bonus question:

After the week I've had it would definitely be HEALING powers! My husband had minor surgery a week ago and has developed major complications ... we've been back to the DR 4 times this week. The DR has now put him out of wor****il the 22nd of Nov.
