Topic: CP - Exciting News to share!
I just got off the phone with someone from Kay's Naturals - one of my most favorite snack foods as most of you know!
They told me they have been picked up by Max Muscle stores, and the Editor of their magazine was asking if they had any recipes using their products.
They gave them my recipe for Chicken Parmesan! The Editor liked it so much that they are thinking of putting it in an upcoming magazine (possibly March).
Isn't that exciting?

I just went to an Obesity Help Christmas Party for the Indiana room. One of the losers made this very di**** was delish. We have these gatherings every 3 months or so and all bring a pouch friendly dish....I wish we all lived close enough together we could all get together. One clothing exchange we had someone made this with an Orange pudding..that was really good too.

Hello my favorite people! I really miss you guys, but I thought I would stop by and fill one out. I hope to return full time soon. This divorce thing just really has me all out of sorts. 1. What types of food did you eat this week? All the normal meats, chicken, fish, cheeses, etc.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? None, I haven't exercised in almost 2 weeks. I got sick and now I'm out of routine, baaaaad.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 4 pounds. Must be the divorce diet
4. What was your biggest challenge? Sleeping and getting to the gym. I go to work in the dark, come home i the dark, its very depressing.
5. Please share an easy high/low sugar protein recipe.
I don't have any accessible right now, but I'll get back to you on this one!

What is your favorite season and why?
I love it being colder, but I hate all the darkness...so I think I'm going to go with summer. Just not so stinkin' HOT!

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Steak, chicken, tri tip,beef and black bean stew, salads, soups, oatmeal, fruit, Latte's daily.

3. How much weight did you lose? 0 Total loss? 197 pounds gone forever
4. What was your biggest challenge? Snacking while at a Baby shower

What is your favorite season and why? I love fall when it's gets a little crisp and chilly and I can wear layers of things! I also love fall colors.

My guess is you are probalby not getting ENOUGH calories. If you go too low, your body will respond by holding onto the pounds. Make sure you are getting at least 1000-1200 calories a day, and increase your exercise.

Hi all,
I am 1yr. and 5 mos. post surgery. About 2 weeks ago I had my 3rd fill(lap band) and lost 10lbs. why isn't the weight coming off more than that? Dr. Cahill really filled me up this time. I can hardly eat any food, no more than about 3 or 4 bites before i'm headed for the restroom to purge. What do you think?

Shrimp, steak, stuffed shells, hard boiled eggs, tuna salad, pasta fagioli,stir fry chicken and veggies, stew, veal cutlet parmigianna, stuffed eggplant-with meat and cheese, oatmeal, bananas, clementimes, apples
2. What types of exercise did you do this week?
Went to the gym 5 times so far this week.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
Maintained my 120lb weightloss.
4. What was your biggest challenge?
Drinking H20.
5. Please share an easy highprotein/low sugar recipe.

I love the spring because I can sit on my porch swing outside without feeling too cold or hot. I also love to see the flowers begin to grow.
