I was worried about you Amber - hope your feeling better soon, wisdom teeth are a pain, and like you all mine were cut out!
1. What types of food did you eat this week? chili of course, tea mistos, steak, chicken, salad, mangos, bananas, cheese, ham and dill pickle roll-ups.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking
3. How much weight did you lose? 6 lbs. Total loss? 121lbs gone forever!
4. What was your biggest challenge? eating enough, or remembering to eat
5. How has your shoe or ring size dropped? I had to have a ring guard put on my wedding ring, it's gone down two sizes. My shoes are loose, but I haven't bought new ones.
*Fun bonus question:
Once you make goal, what is one way you are going to reward yourself?
Wow, haven't even thought that far ahead ... for me that still seems far away, it's another 100 pounds for my own goal. Besides a whole new closet of clothes, I'd like a spa day, and then a visit with the plastic surgeon!

Hey ladies & gents, sorry I'm a bit late. I have oral surgery this morning and totally forgot. Somehow in between pain pills I realized that I forgot so I hopped online to do it.

Now I'm going back to bed. To clarify, I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth cut out. I had them put me under though, couldn't handle just gas. Have a good weekend, all.

I can eat pretty much anything now... at least that's low in fat/sugar. I can eat cheese. I was able to eat salad at around 4 months or so. Still can't eat beef, unless it's ground beef. Can't do steak, roast beef, that kinda stuff. Exercise helped me feel better and gave me energy but I don't know how it affected weight loss. My weight loss went up and down. Some weeks, I'd lose 5-7 lbs, some only 2-3 lbs. Excess skin is ok. My arms are pretty bad but they were always really big. My "girls" are kinda droopy so those are two areas that plastic surgery will probably come into play. Everywhere else... eh, I can live withit. I'm only 27 though so the age thing really plays a big thing, plus I started at 262. I think the excess skin depends on where you start, age, genetics, all kinda stuff. Also, after about 3-4 months, I do have the occassional glass of wine. I had 2 glasses on New Years and I did fine. I did try red wine at one point and watch out... I was sick, but a little white zin goes down great now and then.
Good Luc****ep it up!! Don't get discouraged... it's all WELL worth it!

So I weighed in this morning at 176. 175 will be 100 lbs since I started the journey and it'll be 87 lbs since surgery. ONE more pound!!!
I remember Amber asking if we were getting the little black dress for New Year's... well I did. It was (is) a size 12 and it fit great!! It was very sexy, if I do say so myself. I still have about 30 lbs or so to go, I think, but I'm very happy with where I am right now!! I'm starting to see areas that will need plastic surgery (namely arms and the girls need a lift), but everything is peachy. I feel great and have my old energy back. I just feeeel better!
I uploaded some pics to my profile but I still can't figure out how to make a default picture so you guys can see it when I leave a message.

I went today and am down to 224. I am so happy with that. I know its not as much as some of my fellow July people but It just tickles me.. lol I thank God everyday. I never realized how losing weight could really change your life. I feel 150% better.. No more high blood pressure, no more sleep apnea!! They didn't have my blood work results yet but I am praying they are normal. Just wanted to update and share my happiness.
