i will be 2 yrs out in july but have only lost 100 pounds and gained back 18 pounds so really have only lost 90 some pounds.......what can i do to get the weight loss going again thanks jessica

Go back to the basics. Protein first. Reduce Carbs. You know the drill! Good luck!
