Shrimp, steak, stuffed shells, hard boiled eggs, tuna salad, pasta fagioli,stir fry chicken and veggies, stew, veal cutlet parmigianna, stuffed eggplant-with meat and cheese, oatmeal, bananas, clementimes, apples
2. What types of exercise did you do this week?
Went to the gym 5 times so far this week.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
Maintained my 120lb weightloss.
4. What was your biggest challenge?
Drinking H20.
5. Please share an easy highprotein/low sugar recipe.

I love the spring because I can sit on my porch swing outside without feeling too cold or hot. I also love to see the flowers begin to grow.

What is your favorite season and why? I love fall when it's gets a little crisp and chilly and I can wear layers of things! I also love fall colors.
Hello my favorite people! I really miss you guys, but I thought I would stop by and fill one out. I hope to return full time soon. This divorce thing just really has me all out of sorts. I'll have to go back to the forums and check out what's happening with you guys. I hope you are doing well. MISS YOU!

1. What types of food did you eat this week? All the normal meats, chicken, fish, cheeses, etc.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? None, I haven't exercised in almost 2 weeks. I got sick and now I'm out of routine, baaaaad.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 4 pounds. Must be the divorce diet
4. What was your biggest challenge? Sleeping and getting to the gym. I go to work in the dark, come home i the dark, its very depressing.

I love it being colder, but I hate all the darkness...so I think I'm going to go with summer. Just not so stinkin' HOT!
