*Fun bonus question:
What are your Thanksgiving plans/menu this year? It's at our house this year and I'm doing the cooking for the family. My Mom will make her deviled eggs and MIL is doing mashed potatoes but everything else I'm fixing.
We're not a turkey family, no one really likes it, so I decided to fix a ham this year. We have a few diabetics and I always make everything SF, figure it won't hurt anyone else.
Here's our menu -
Ham w/SF apricot glaze
green bean casserole
mashed potatoes
SF cranberry/orange sauce - homemade
SF Pistachio Fluff
RF Crescent rolls
veggie/olive tray
SF homemade bread n butter pickles
SF Pecan Pie
SF Pumpkin Pie
Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Eggface's (Shelly, who a moderator here) website, she has lots of good things posted - http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/
The pistachio fluff is a family favorite, I just make it SF.
Pistachio fluff
~~~~~~~~~
2 boxes SF Pistachio pudding
1 can crushed pineapple , in it's own juice and undrained
1 tub SF Cool Whip
Mix together and let set overnight, stir before serving.
I just went to an Obesity Help Christmas Party for the Indiana room. One of the losers made this very di**** was delish. We have these gatherings every 3 months or so and all bring a pouch friendly dish....I wish we all lived close enough together we could all get together. One clothing exchange we had someone made this with an Orange pudding..that was really good too.
