What types of food did you eat this week?
Chicken salad, soups, moussaka, spinach omelet, greek burger, lots and lots of chees cubes with a few crackers, apple with PB, sliced pears with cheese, yougurt with sliced banana and some crunchy cereal, power bar, orange, oatmeal
2. What types of exercise did you do this week?
gym 3x
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
maintained my 120lb weight loss
4. What was your biggest challenge?
getting enough water in again
5. Ricootta cheese with splenda-eat it chilled, yummy!

My favorite color is red because it makes me think of nice things, red roses, red apples, tomato sauce...lol!
1. What types of food did you eat this week? Steak, chicken, spaghetti (first time since WLS), salads, fajitas, fruit, Kay's Naturals.

3. How much weight did you lose? 2 pounds Total loss? 194 pounds gone forever

Rotel Chicken

2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
tiny bit of olive oil
2 cans Rotel tomatoes ( or one can Rotel and one diced tomatoe if you don't like it too spicy)
sliced mushrooms if desired
grated Mozzarella cheese
Brown chicken in olive oil, cover with tomatoes, simmer for 30 minutes. Top with mushrooms and cheese, cover until cheese is melted.
I serve over rice for hubby and guests.
