Hi Amber! 1. What types of food did you eat this week? steak, tuna, salmon, chicken, edemame, shrimp, soups, "rice" pudding (I'll post the recipe),veggies, salads, jerky, Kay's Naturals (I'm addicted), of course I always start my day with a SF NF Chai Tea Misto or SF NF Latte (homemade). 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walking and not enough. 3. How much weight did you lose? 1 pound Total loss? 193 gone forever! 4. What was your biggest challenge? Still night time snacking, I think it always will be. 5. Do you feel overwhelmed by the new selection of clothes shopping? I love it!! How do you deal with it? I buy of course. It used to be that I would buy something becasue if fit no matter what the cost. Now I find myself the bargin hunter! *Fun bonus question: What is your favorite fall activity???? Baking! It's a food addiction sickness I know. I now try to create healthy recipes to cook and bake. I made a Healthy Chicken Parmesan recipe with Kay's Nautural Parmesan Protein chips and they loved it! They are sending me 2 cases of their product free. ;) Have a great weekend! Jan

Hi Jan, I just ordered some samples from Kays. Can't wait to taste them. The lattes you buy, are they from Starbucks? Just curious. I didn't think they had the chai lattes sf? Maryellen

Hi Maryellen - I used to go to Starbucks almost daily, I had tons of girt cert. from my birthday. Once I had to pay for it myself I changed! I decided I could do that at home, heck I watched them long enough to learn how. I buy DaVinci Sugar Free syrups (carmel and butter rum are my favs) and have a Senseo coffee maker (it makes one cup at a time). While in Europe this spring we also found they had tea pods for the maker so I bought the holder (it works in my machine) and I now make hot tea too. Love it! For the Chai tea misto, it's actually half hot Chai tea (from the bag) and half steamed non fat milk, I add Splenda. If you get it at Starbucks you need to tell them to make sure they use tea bags. The Chai syrup is way too sweet and I won't try it. I am so darn addicted to the Kay's Naturals! I even came up with a recipe for Healthy Chicken Parmesan and submited it to them - they in turn loved it and they are putting it in their next newsletter and sending me 2 free cases of my favorites! Boy was I happy!! I'll post the recipe for you guys. Jan

Hello, 1. pizza, gorganzola salad, mussels marinara, lots and lots of cheese cubes, eggs, yogurt with fruit salad and cereal, stuffed pepper, stuffed eggplant, grilled veggies with cheese on top, soups. 2. Went to the gym 3 times. 3. Nada, but maintained 120lb weightloss! 4. My biggest challenge this week was not eating the bad breakfast choices that were offered at the meetings I attended (bagels, croissants, rolls, muffins-all my favorites presurgery!) 5. I've always spent a lot of money on my clothes, presurgery mainly because they were over priced in the big girl stores and now, because I actually look good in so many that I can't seem to resist. I've cried both pre surgery and post surgery in a few dressing rooms! Having to buy because it was clean and I despretly needed something and now because I look and feel amazing in a size 6P suit! Favorite fall activity....Yikes, I don't think I have one, how said is that? Maryellen
