1. What types of food did you eat this week? cottage cheese, eggs, atkins protein shakes, beef, chicken, tuna, veggies, popcorn
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? lots of walking & elliptical, stair climbing
3. How much weight did you lose? -3 Total loss? -85
4. What was your biggest challenge? eating enough and snacking
5. Are you keeping up with your supplements? Yes have you added anything?

My dream kithcen would have to have Stainless Steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, sink, stove) an island in the center where the sink and dishwasher would be, ceramic tile floor, breakfast bar, with cherry wood cabinets and a sky light overhead.
1. What types of food did you eat this week? cottege cheese, Shelly's Shepard's Pie (no potatoes), cheese, white chicken chili, soups, chicken salad, salads, Greek style yogurt, and my newest find Kay's Natural chili cheese protein chips and Honey Almond protein cereal (I add the cereal into yogurt). YUMMY!
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking
3. How much weight did you lose? 0 - forgot to weigh this morning Total loss? 192 pounds gone forever
4. What was your biggest challenge? snacking at night I try to have a bottle of watr in hand instead.
5. Are you keeping up with your supplements? Yes, every weekday! It's a bit harder on the weekend though. have you added anything? more calcium

Describe your dream kitchen???? Double ovens, huge island with sink and maybe a baking center, lots and lots of counter space (you can never have enough!)
