1. What types of food did you eat this week? chili, soup, meatcrust pizza, fruits, veggies, cheese, turkey sticks, jerky, steak, chicken, fajitas w/o tortilla and a tiny bit of Indonesian food.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? lots of walking
3. How much weight did you lose? 1 pound Total loss? 191 gone forever
4. What was your biggest challenge? night time snacking
5. Have you consulted a plastic surgeon yet? No do you plan to? Not sure yet, at my annual OB appt. last week during the exam my DR grabbed my belly and told me I might loose another 10-15lb. if I got a TT. Made me think? Not sure I'm ready yet with the new job and all, plus all the surgeries this past year. Had enough of hospitals for a while!

What do you have planned for Halloween, will your costume options be different now???? We were just talking about this last night ... no plans as of yet, but we're working on it. I make our costumes almost every year, and don't have an idea yet.

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Salads, chili, fruit, baked beans, yogurt
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? gym, walking
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? -1 Total - 94 (I'm still up 2 pounds from vacation)
4. What was your biggest challenge? Not overeating. For some reason, I wanted to eat everything in sight all week.
5. Have you consulted a plastic surgeon yet? do you plan to? No, but I do plan to. Since I was a self pay patient, I don't have the money right now to pay for plastics. Hopefully next year.

What do you have planned for Halloween, will your costume options be different now???? Nothing. I'll pass out candy and may even carve a pumpkin, but I don't plan to do anything else.
1. What types of food did you eat this week? Atkins protein shakes, chili, cheese, eggs, ground turkey meat, chicken
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? elliptical, and alot of playing outside with the kids, grass cutting
3. How much weight did you lose?I was up to 249 somehow and managed to hold it for 2 weeks, I got on the scale today and it read 235, so that is a total of 15 lbs lost, 13 that I gained and 2 offically Total loss? -80
4. What was your biggest challenge? eating enough still, and wanting to eat the wrong things like pringles.
5. Have you consulted a plastic surgeon yet? do you plan to? No, no plastic surgeon yet but I am researching, my dr (pcp) seems to think that excess skin has alot to do with not losing anymore weight.

What do you have planned for Halloween, will your costume options be different now???? Every year we have a birthday party for my mil...so we will all dress up, take the kids out and hang out with family and friends. Yes costumes will be a lot different...
