We made it well over a ton of weight gone, congratulations everyone!!! I'm so proud of all of us. We are a great good and its been my pleasure getting to know you all over the last year. Now on to business...

What are your thoughts on me continuing to do Friday Five, do you like it? I don't mind doing it at all, I just didn't know if its truly helping anyone. Thanks for the input.
Love the 5, but I'm lax in getting here
1. My usual...beans and cheese I might turn into a bean soon.
2. Yoga, treadmill, resist-a-ball, weights
3. Nada. Whole other Oprah - don't ask!
4. Myself and my addiction.
5. Mmmmm. No expectations this week. Honest.
Bonus: any date with my husband is a perfect one!

1. What types of food did you eat this week? All the normal stuff - going out for Japanese tonight, first time since surgery. I still have major problems with pasta, darn it, ate some at lunch today and boy oh boy did I feel bad!
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walking, swimming, and moving into the new office!
3. How much weight did you lose? 2 pounds Total loss? 188 pounds gone forever!
4. What was your biggest challenge? Eating, I've been so busy that until I get shaky I forget to eat.
5. Is there something that didn't happen that you expected to? No, this past year has gone past anything I could ever expect!
*Fun bonus question:
What is your idea of the perfect date????? A nice dinner at the beach with my husband while watching the sunset, then a walk on the beach, followed by a romantic evening at home.

2. What types of exercise did you do this week? mowing grass, and walking stairs at work (not really motivated)
3. How much weight did you lose? 0 Total loss? -80
4. What was your biggest challenge? Grazing and exercise, catching myself wanting to graze at work to much and not exercising enough.
5. Is there something that didn't happen that you expected to? I had expected to lose a lot more weight than what I did...but I am grateful for what I have lost this far.

What is your idea of the perfect date????? Any date with my husband without the kids is a good one.

Amber I love the Friday Five, alot of times I don't get to post or post on time, but I do like to see what others are doing for food choices and alot of times they motivate me to get my lazy azz up and get it movin.
