1. What types of food did you eat this week? all the regulars - chili, soup, salad, Chai Tea Mistos, chicken, steak, cheese, Greek style nonfat yogurt, blueberries, cherries, bananas, watermelon
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Water aerobics and walking
3. How much weight did you lose? 3 pounds Total loss? 175 - I'm in ONDERLAND BABY!
4. What was your biggest challenge? Stressful week at work, tried to remember to eat.
5. How far are you from goal? Does your personal goal differ from your doctor's goal? My DR's goal was to never see the number "2" as the first number in my weight, I hit that goal last Sunday. My goal is to get to at least 150, so another 50 pounds or so.

. What types of food did you eat this week? Turkey, salads, crab salad, turkey chili, grapes, apples.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking, gym, pilates
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 2 pounds. The same 2 pounds I keep gaining and losing . . . argh! Total loss - 90 pounds.
4. What was your biggest challenge? Exercising. I just changed mine up to try to jump start my weight loss again. I suspect I'm in a plateau - not sure yet, but I'm hoping changing my exercise and food gets me past it.
5. How far are you from goal? Does your personal goal differ from your doctor's goal? 15-25 pounds. My Dr's goal for me is 134. I'm at 155. I was thinking 130, but for years my goal was 140. I'm not sure where I want to end up yet, but somewhere in that range.

1. What types of food did you eat this week? turkey, chicken, pork ribs, protein bars, peaches, bananas, plums (ick) they don't like me, yogurt
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? running, weight lifting
3. How much weight did you lose? -2 Total loss? 81
4. What was your biggest challenge? finding time to sleep
5. How far are you from goal? Does your personal goal differ from your doctor's goal? I am about 40 lbs from what dr said I should weigh (195) but about 50 -60 lbs from my goal range (175 - 185)

not being prepared twice this week with good food choices when i had to go to class after work

my dr has not given me a goal, I think I'm pretty comfortable with what I weigh now, but I'd like to lose another 10lbs in the event I begin to gain weight back.

I am also heading toward the one yr mark (july 27th) am am feeling surprisingly emotional! Here is my Friday Five:
1. What types of food did you eat this week? Fish, soy chips, pizza, chicken, fruit
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walked
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 2 this week....105 total
4. What was your biggest challenge? Dealing w/ the ability to eat more recently
5. How far are you from goal? 8 lbs
Does your personal goal differ from your doctor's goal? He wont be specific but says a few more pounds stretched over the summer would be great
