How the HECK did that happen so fast???

Hi, I just discovered this board. I'm with you, how did it happen so fast. I'm amazed at what I've accomplished in a year. I hit goal at 11 months with a total loss of 154 and things are amazing!! I hope everyone else has had a successful year!! Heather

Hey all, congrats on your 1 year surgiversary! Mine is one day later on the 20th. I, too can't believe that 1 year has gone by. I went from 211 to 123 and gave up m15 pills a day... but I still look in the mirror and wonder for a moment, who is that? Even with my flappy arms, I would have this surgery in a minute... all over again. Peggysue/Fargo
