i am alive!

hello all , i dont have a computer so its hard for me to get on here,,but if you answer this it will go to my cell phone and i can write back,,,,im doing ok,,,like everyone else lossing slow now,,im now down 90lbs im losing maybe 2 every 2 or 3 weeks,,im working on getting my metabalisum going,,uping my protine,,,you know,,,,what everyone else is doing,,,but we are all doing the same,,,,lets just remember where we were and never go there again,,and thank God for where we are now,,i still want to lose 50 more,,,but will see, your friend with a pouch,, sandy
