hello shann, you are doing great..we have so much to be proud of,,where we were and now where we are now,,,never to be there again,,,i had my surgery the same day as you,,i was 314 now 224 90lbs down 50 more to go,,but its so much harder now,,,i dont get it,,but good luck on your new life congrads to us all, your friend with a pouch sandy
