Frustrating

Ok I know I'm doing ok. 115 down in less than 8 months. Who'd thunk it. But I am on such a stall. Finally this weekend I lost 4 pounds just to put 3 back on, it's the week before my monthly, Always have gained 3-6 pounds the week before. But still I hit the 100 pound mark the first of the year so I'm only down 15 in 3 months. Is this normal?

My Dr told me that as long as her patients lose 7 pounds a month she's happy. You need to look at what your eating and how much, are you a nibbler, have you starting letting things back in to your diet that maybe you shouldn't? I notice when I go through a not losing pounds phase that that's when the inches are falling off. Don't get down on yourself. Best wishes to you! Jan

If we are going to get to goal, we are going to have to tighten our belts and really get serious. I plan to increase excercise and reduce carbs. I am sure we have all noticed we can eat more and I am frustrated, but I knew the day was coming. We just need to be more accountable. This just goes to show there is no easy way out!
