Finally...
I dropped almost 4 pounds over the weekend!!! I needed this break! I think I just needed a change and my body needed more calories. My plan is to go back to basics again this week to continue changing it up. I don't want to plateu again so we'll see if this works. I was hoping for a little loss, but this is the biggest loss in a week I've had since last year. I'm very happy of course. I'm hoping to lose this last 5 pounds to get to Onederland and the Century Club then I'll shut up!

I've just discoverd dry roasted edamame, 1/4 cup has 14 grams of protein, and I've really gotten used to the taste. It helps to satisfy my crunchy salty need and it's good for you! Maybe you should give it a try instead of the peanuts.

and im sure onderland is just around the corner for you, so keep up the good work.
i just hit my 100 pounds last week, so im feeling pretty good about myself right now, and i know that means i have to be careful.. thats because i still have a fat mind.
