1. What types of food did you eat this week? turkey burger, no bun; Lean Cuisine meatloaf (yuck), salad with romaine, spinach, tomato, and sunflower seeds, bbq chicken breast with peas, blackened tilapia.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walk Away the Pounds with a step, Walk and Jog DVD (I jogged for the first time in YEARS! It was fun!), treadmill.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? two more pounds, to 211. Total loss is 93 pounds.
4. What was your biggest challenge? This is pms week, and snacking is always an issue for a day or two. Have not eaten any junk or sweets, just more of the healthy stuff on those days.
5. How is your skin? Are you have any issues with it being too loose? Stretch marks? etc? Skin....is an issue. Upper arms are fairly loose, and the skin on my thighs is a little dimply looking, even though I work them out like crazy! My tummy is definitely going to have to be tucked someday, too. I hope we'll be able to afford to do some work on me someday. The weird thing is my breasts (sorry if TMI...) are getting smaller, but not sagging a whole lot more than is typical for a 40 year old chick who has had kids. I expected them to be worse than this; I have gone from a full c to a regular b size.

I would hope it would just be a Simon/Visa gift card at my mall, so I could shop for shoes at Aldo, clothes at several places, and a beautiful handbag at Dillards.

1. What types of food did you eat this week?Steak, chili, pork chops, cheese, chicken soup, saltines, turkey meatballs, salad, blueberries, bananas, jerky and of course tea mistos.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking, but not much, was sick most of the week.
3. How much weight did you lose? 3 lbs. Total loss? 137 gone forever!
4. What was your biggest challenge? Eating at all, had a nasty intestinal bug for 4 days.
5. How is your skin? Are you have any issues with it being too loose? Stretch marks? etc? I've always had stretch marks, but I do think I've been very lucky i that other than tummy and boobs I don't have loose hangy skin.

You just won a 1000.00 shopping spree, where are you going to spend it? on what? It would have to be clothes, I just can't seen to get enough these days. Doesn't matter where it would be, I just love trying on clothes now ... something I hated before!

I made a pineapple ambrosia salad, strawberries, crab dip, little smokies, turkey, muenster cheese, smoothies, corn, green beans, mushrooms, clam chowder, chicken, pumpernickle bread, raisin toast, peanut butter & jelly sandwich, peanuts, goldfish crackers, yogurt, cottage cheese, crystal light, diet green tea w/mixed berry & citrus, pomegranate/cranberry juice, cran grape juice, coffee, etc.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? I went to the gym a couple times.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? None, I think I gained 2 pounds. My scale is so screwy.
4. What was your biggest challenge? Not being able to get to the gym when I wanted to. I've got a lot on my mind right now and it's messing with my weight loss.
5. How is your skin? Are you have any issues with it being too loose? Stretch marks? etc? I think I'm fairing really well. My arms and legs look good, the stomach is going okay, but I know it will be a problem in the future.

You just won a 1000.00 shopping spree, where are you going to spend it? on what? Since it can't go towards bills, I guess I would like it to go to Best Buy. I'd love to get a new DSLR or Computer. I also have to buy a new TV when I get my taxes back.
1. What types of food did you eat this week?
I spent more time getting fruit in this week....mostly fresh oranges, dried strawberries,apples and cranberries. I had shrimp, beef,chicken. steamed broccoli, carrots, celery(minimal). Plus my atkins protien drinks, profect.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week?
I spent 2 nights using my ab roller...I did floor exercises daily.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 4 lbs. Im down to 250. thats a total down of 144.
4. What was your biggest challenge?
We had cake at work last night. I dont know if it was even really a challenge. I had a small piece...I took off all the icing...and after a few bites I threw it out...its just not the same as it used to be.
I didnt work but one night since last friday....took some days off...but when I work I love to snack on peanut butter and cheese crackers...I didnt do this now for a week...but I can see me having some tonight....NOT GOOD for me I just love them

I would buy new clothes. I just cleaned out 9 contractor bags of clothes out of my laundry room this week of clothes that no longer fit me. I got 7 boxes of clothes out of my bedroom closets about a month ago...so I have lots of room for new clothes and no money to keep buying them....
I don't know how you feel about selling your clothes but I just put mine on Craigs List for 5 dollars a piece and I've gotten 10 responses within 3 hours. I'm posting pics of them tomorrow and I think they are going to go like hot cakes! You can't turn down a 40 dollar pair of jeans for 5 bucks. My suits are worth 100's alone!
What I don't sell, I will donate. That always feels good. These have got to go, I've been hanging on to them for far too long!

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Deli Turkey meat, applesaue, chicken, mixed veggies, broc, cauliflower, tacos - the shell, cyrstal light, skinny cow ice cream sandwich, skim milk, bananas, popcorn
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? I ran up and down 4 flights of stairs for 20 minutes at lunch (everyday this week) and ran after kids.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 2 lbs...total 73
4. What was your biggest challenge? Popcorn, I love to snack on it but have no appetite and getting in enough water.
5. How is your skin? Are you have any issues with it being too loose? Stretch marks? etc? Skin has always been an issue, now I look like the shaggy baggy elephant...lol

I would have to buy shoes, clothes and handbags...love to shop now and it doesn't matter where...
1. What types of food did you eat this week?
London broil (found a microwavable precooked extremely delicious and moist one at Costco -26 grams of protein per 5 oz serving), Salmon stuffed with crabmeat, escarole with beans, tacos, pizza, cheese and crackers, cheese sticks, apples with peanut butter a banana daily.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week?
Went to the gym 3 times this week.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
I think about 2 lbs. Total loss -89lbs.
4. What was your biggest challenge?
Biggest challenge was watching my daughter eat a triple chocolate metldown today at apples and leaving more than half on her plate. (the old me would've shoveled it in my mouth in two scoops.)

Yes, lots of stretchmarks and all over. Very unattractive hanging skin on my thighs and some on my inner calves.

If I had the spare money, I'd buy more clothes....fitting into size 10's and it feels great.
