How did you determine your goal?
Im confused as to what is the best goal weight for me. My Dr said she would expect me to hit 165 ( I am at 169) right now.
She said that I can have a personal goal and I have no idea what that would be.
I want to be as thin as I can be...at first I was going for 130 but is that realistic for a 40yo 5 foot 2'er?
I then settled on 145 in my mind and I thought is that still to much?
My BMI normal range is 130-135.
OK so..how did you decide ??
