Happy six-month surgiversary to me!
Ok, it's 12:22 a.m. 1/25, and my six-month followup Tuesday was full of great news! I've lost 86 lbs! The end of the'honeymoon phase' of most rapid weight loss does not concern me as I've still got absolutely no hunger nor appetite/cravings . However, it is a chore remembering to eat those three one-cup meals daily, mostly protein. Protein choices: broad variety of fish, lean pork, chicken, fat-free cottage cheese, Egg Beaters, string part-skim mozzarella cheese, soy milk (vanilla, chocolate, chai, capuccino, and plain with varied extracts (lemon, raspberry, French vanilla, or almond)added. And my 51st birthday is tomorrow; am feeling younger than ever before and definitely looking forward to many healthy happy years ahead! Have a great day! Patti
