Hey ladies & gents, sorry I'm a bit late. I have oral surgery this morning and totally forgot. Somehow in between pain pills I realized that I forgot so I hopped online to do it. 1. What types of food did you eat this week? 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 4. What was your biggest challenge? 5. How has your shoe or ring size dropped? *Fun bonus question: Once you make goal, what is one way you are going to reward yoursef? Now I'm going back to bed. To clarify, I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth cut out. I had them put me under though, couldn't handle just gas. Have a good weekend, all. Amber

I was worried about you Amber - hope your feeling better soon, wisdom teeth are a pain, and like you all mine were cut out! 1. What types of food did you eat this week? chili of course, tea mistos, steak, chicken, salad, mangos, bananas, cheese, ham and dill pickle roll-ups. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking 3. How much weight did you lose? 6 lbs. Total loss? 121lbs gone forever! 4. What was your biggest challenge? eating enough, or remembering to eat 5. How has your shoe or ring size dropped? I had to have a ring guard put on my wedding ring, it's gone down two sizes. My shoes are loose, but I haven't bought new ones. *Fun bonus question: Once you make goal, what is one way you are going to reward yourself? Wow, haven't even thought that far ahead ... for me that still seems far away, it's another 100 pounds for my own goal. Besides a whole new closet of clothes, I'd like a spa day, and then a visit with the plastic surgeon!

Hi All long time no post ive been lurking and readinng tho glad to see everyone is doing so well !!!!! Amber i hope you are feeling better soon oral surgery sucks !!!! 1. What types of food did you eat this week?Chicken, ground beef, soup, luna bars , protien drinks ,cheese and triscuts i have been really lucky and really have no food issues 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking on treadmill and elliptical 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? been stuck since christmas 100 pounds total 4. What was your biggest challenge? trying to break the bad habits that crept back in during the holidays 5. How has your shoe or ring size dropped? ring went fron 11 to 8 1/2 i can wear rings i havnt wore in years shoe is down too but not sure how much my tennies are floppy tho *Fun bonus question: Once you make goal, what is one way you are going to reward yoursef? maybe a trip we are goin to disney sometime this year but it would really nice to get away somewhere with hubby and no kids !!!!!!!

1. What types of food did you eat this week? chicken, lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I've been on a fruit kick this week. I had teryaki chicken w/ broccoli, low fat, low sugar chocolate/banana cream pie, barbeque chicken salad, half ham sandwiches, oranges, bananas, wheat toast with reduced fat peanut butter... wow, I've turned into a health freak, loL!! I'm also waaaay into cooking now! 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Not much... herein lies my weakness. It's hard to go for a jog when it's 7 degrees and icy out. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? On sat, I hit 88 lbs since surgery and 101 lbs TOTAL including pre-surgeyr loss. 4. What was your biggest challenge? My kitchen sink is clogged up and I haven't been able to cook. I don't eat as high of protein when I get food out. 5. How has your shoe or ring size dropped? My shoe size has dropped a little. My 9's are all a little big but still work. I don't have the "wide" issue that I used to. I can pretty much fit into any 81/2 or 9 out there now. My Ring size dropped hugely, especially the first 4 months. I used to wear a ring on my right ring finger but now I have to wear it on the middle finger. I will size it down once I'm finished with weight loss. *Fun bonus question: Once you make goal, what is one way you are going to reward yoursef? I'm not sure if I'll be able to do an immediate reward because of time constraints in March/April when I expect to hit goal. I'd love to get dressed up and go see a good play or something. I'm going on a Caribbean cruise this summer in July though - perfect to celebrate my one year surgery anniversary!
