I'd like to request some prayers this week. A fellow OH'er who had RNY about 3 months before us had emergency surgery done last weekend and is still in the hospital having multiple blood transfusions and they aren't really sure what is wrong with her. I will be going up to the hospital to check on her this evening, but she is not doing well. She has a little 5 year old boy and needs lots of good thoughts and prayers sent her way. Thanks, everyone. beef stew, low fat cheese, protein drinks, South Beach wraps, deli ham, steak, green beans, popcorn, tiny bit of chocolate

walking/Gazelle

4 pounds this week, 94 since surgery, 116 total
4. What was your biggest challenge?
Not snacking - I gave in with the popcorn and chocolate.
5. What is happening with your clothes situation? How are you dealing with it?
I bought some new clothes in December. I'm afraid to get rid of my old clothes - still worried about gaining it all back.
1. What types of food did you eat this week? Steak, Prime Rib, veggies, fruit, pink salad, cheese, and of course Tea Misto's and chili!
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? None, this week flew by! We were gone for New Year's and then came home to have my Mom admitted to the hospital with double pneumonia.
3. How much weight did you lose? 3lbs Total loss? 115lb.
4. What was your biggest challenge? Finding time to exercise
5. What is happening with your clothes situation? I have a girl in my support group that just had WLS a month ago, she happens to also work in my building, so I've been passing all my clothes onto her and she's thrilled. How are you dealing with it? I've been buying clothes in the next two sizes down when I find them on sale. I've done really well at Avenue, bought 10 tops for $109.00. I've also been watching the after Christmas sales and when I get a 20% off coupon I go in and buy something with the gift cards I got.

5 thus far (I can count until Sunday, yes?? and 113 overall

Giving up grazing! I had a rough month! Glad I've snapped back!

I want news clothes everyday. I am giving away tons and loving it! I'm inbetween sizes. I'm dealing, I promise

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Mostly protein: broasted chicken, orange roughy, fresh salmon, fresh walleye, and pork loin.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Mostly Yoga Pilates and walking,
3. How much weight did you lose? 1 lb Total loss? 84!
4. What was your biggest challenge? Still have no hunger nor cravings, so remembering to eat three times daily is a huge challenge.
5. What is happening with your clothes situation? My size fourteen slacks and jeans are baggy. Did wear a pair of size twelve slacks Friday. How are you dealing with it? Ready to move on into the size twelves!
