4. I can wear clothes from the regular size ladies' section.
5. I can paint my toenails and give myself a pedicure.
6. I fit in the seats at the movie theater.
7. My husband and I can ride on the same seat of the 4 wheeler.
8. Husband's holding me tighter when we hug.
9. Compliments from everyone.
10. Hearing a "woot woo" when I walked across the street.

1) Hubby's new attention. I now catch him staring at me, and saying things like "I didn't think that hugging you could ever feel better than it did, but it does now!"
2) Shopping on the "other side" of the store, and having a bigger variety of clothing available to me! (The only downside is my tearing up when I realize that I'm not in the plus size section!)
3) Both hubby and I can fit in the shower, and when we switch sides, we don't touch!
4) I don't feel like I'm going to have a heart attack when I put on my shoes!
5) I can fit in the seats at the theater, and even curl up in them!
6) Exercise!! It's the best high!
7) New found confidence! I'm now going back to school to be a nurse, and wouldn't have done that before!
8) I now have a better understanding of myself and how and why I react to things the way I do. No more running to food for comfort.
9) Better relatioships with my loved ones. Those who truly support me have shown themselves after surgery, and thanks to #8 (see above) our relationships have gotten better since I can open up to them.
10) Having a life again & the discoveries it holds! I'm no longer mentally and physically trapped in my body, and notice changes to my body on a weekly basis!
Merry Christmas, ya'll!
