1. What types of food did you eat this week? fish, cheese, of course chili, turkey, fruits, and at least one Tea Misto every day. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Finally got the OK from the DR to start back a****er aerobics, and walking 3. How much weight did you lose? 3 lb. Total loss? 108lb gone forever 4. What was your biggest challenge? Eating, I'm never hungry, and I don't eat enough. 5. What is your plan for eating on Christmas? Christmas Eve I'm cooking for the family at my Mom's, and it's mostly all healthy, I fixing a Pork Roast, and Prime Rib, veggies and stuff. Not really worried as I still have no appetite Christmas morning I'll do breakfast for family and friends that have nothing else to do. That day will be waffles, an egg dish and fruit. I'll try the egg dish and fruit and see how I do. *Fun bonus question: If you could go anywhere for the Holidays, where would you go? To Holland to see family, but I'd want all the family here to come too so I had everyone together. Jan

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Same-o, same-o... chicken, chicken and more chicken. Good thing I love it, huh? I've been upping the fruits and veggies though. i think my body is very good at telling me when I need something because I'll get a huge craving for something like broccoli or tomatoes and i think it's my body's way of telling me I need those vitamins. It's better than the old cravings for ice cream or french fries. I don't have those anymore! I tried the new crockpot and that makes the meat sooo very moist and it goes down great! 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Not much... I've been sick with the flu last week and a sinus infection this week. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I think about 7 lbs (that was probably more like 9 days though - more than a week. Total loss is 76 lbs since surgery. Almost 90 total... wow. I weigh 186-187 now. 4. What was your biggest challenge? The aforementioned sicknesses. I've had a rough week or two with those. When I'm sick I have NO appetite and I can't exercise. 5. What is your plan for eating on Christmas? I'll eat what the family is eating... probably ham with mashed potatoes and veggies and stuff. I just eat mostly ham (protein) with a bite or two of the other stuff.... VERY small portions. My family ate around 3 or 4 and on Thanksgiving, I was hungry again at 8 because I didn't eat a huge meal like everyone else. So... it's okay to have seconds later on because it's still my 3 meals a day and calorie-wise... its really just like any other day. *Fun bonus question: If you could go anywhere for the Holidays, where would you go? I'm there already... HOME in Southern California visiting family/friends. I just got here yesterday and am already dreading going back! I'll be moving back home in June and i can't wait!!!
