Amen. I was STARVING this month! Yes, a great deal of it was in my head, but a good portion "felt" like physical hunger too!!!
I'm liking everyone's suggestions of healthier snacks. In that department I do ok. I have veggie jerky and raw almonds. I have to watch my grazin and snackin though. THAT'S what will get me right back where I was. I can feel it in my gut.
Still diggin into the head deal. If it goes any longer I'm seeking out a professional. I'm too scared to be woobley this early out.

I always check to see where you are because we both started out at the same weight and only a week apart in surgery. I too am down 72 lbs and if you check the weight loss estimator on this web site it will show you that we are right on track. I get very frustrated and have found myself snacking lately as well. I do agree with some of the other posts though about having protein instead of the carbs. I just went and grabbed a snack size bag of animal cookies and then decided to drink my whey-liquid protein and now I am not hungry at all. Good luck with everything, you are doing great just like the rest of us.
