1. What types of food did you eat this week? I have really learned how to eat out and healthy at the same time. For Example, in town, we have 3 restauraunts - that's it - and one is closed for the holidays until Jan. One is a pizza/sandwich place and the other is almost all junk food. So, at the pizza/sandwich place, they have a salad bar but of course I need protein so I get a side of cooked bbq chicken (that they use on sandwiches/pizza and then put it on a salad of my design from the salad bar... voila chicken salad. Everything else I ate was like previous weeks, wheat toast with peanut butter/banana, chicken, chicken and more chicken. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Not much, I've been sooo busy... and lazy 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I actually didn't weigh myself this morning so I'm not sure. 4. What was your biggest challenge? Lots of activities this week during hte evenings. Basketball games, groups, etc. No time for exercise. 5. What comorbiditys (if applicable) have disappeared with the weight? My asthma is gone!! I haven't had a single attack since right after my surgery. My knee doesn't hurt near as much. My BP is better. *Fun bonus question: What was your favorite movie or TV show of 2006? Hands down 24 and West Wing are the best TV shows!
