I am no expert but, as the saying goes....
"IF YOU DO WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS DONE, YOU'LL HAVE WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS HAD" or something like that.
The point is, shake it up, try several new meals this week. Do some different types of exercise, don't think about it too much, just do it! Get rid of anything that perhaps you've picked on that you shouldn't have.

your body is telling you,,,hay,,,wait a min,,,,i have to play catch up,,,,,this is the time when you lose those unwanted inches,,,,so just enjoy,,,,if you think about it,,,how unhealthy would it be if we just lose lose lose,,,really fast,,yes i know thats what we want but it didnt get there like that and its not comeing off that way either,,,,if you havent yet,,,,measure your self,,,and on your next stall,,,measure again,,youll see,,,,your bodys changes with you,,,,,so smile keep up the wonderful work,,,and keep on keeping on,,,,think about the last time you lost as much as you have now,,how long did it take you,,,so now smile,,,,,,lol
